According to a study ESET computer security firm, widespread games modes "online" as "Pokémon GO" or sagas like "Grand Theft Auto" or "World of Warcraft" are addictive.
Meanwhile, the report noted that one in ten gamers admits to being in front of the screen between 12 and 24 hours non-stop playing.
Others, however, argued (6%) that have remained glued to the computer or mobile for more than 24 hours at least once without leaving the virtual world.
Therefore, experts believe that consumption of electronic entertainment should be moderate and reduced to a few hours for problems that can generate (addiction, stress, fatigue ...).
"It is crucial to have a balance between time spent at school, or college or work-at family and friends, in addition to video games," he said in a statement Mark James, security specialist ESET. "Would not recommend anyone spend more time in a virtual world in real life," he said.
