At least 138 heads of state and government attending the 30th of November at the opening of the World Conference of the United Nations climate (cop21) in Paris, said Friday the French Presidency.

"The opening of the cop21 will be a milestone. No head of state or government has canceled its presence, on the contrary," the sources stressed Presidency.

Hollande, who for months has made cop21 a priority, "is fully involved" in the event, despite its "highly charged" since the attacks of Paris diplomatic calendar, according to a counselor.

The French president will be 24 in Washington on Tuesday, where he will be greeted by US President Barack Obama to address the fight against terrorism. The next day in Paris to receive the head of German government, Chancellor Angela Merkel.
