Mujica said that proceedings against Rousseff seems a blow
The Uruguayan president Jose Mujica said in a video released today, that the remove process purposes against the head of state of Brazil, Dilma Rousseff, a "hit" "looks" even if it is coated legality.

Rousseff is seriously threatened with losing their mandate, in a political trial to be held in the Senate and during which the charge would have to move away temporarily.

If Rousseff was finally dismissed, Temer must complete the mandate that expires on January 1, 2019.
