Two alleged drug traffickers killed in clash with police


Two alleged Colombian drug traffickers were killed in a shootout with the Panamanian security forces in the Darien jungle on the border between Panama and Colombia, the National Border Service (SENAFRONT) of Panama.

During the shooting, recorded around the Tupiza river, also wounded two other alleged Colombian drug traffickers who are admitted to a nearby hospital, said SENAFRONT no further details.

A fifth Colombian was arrested near the scene of the incident with about $ 15,000 in cash, also 14 backpacks full of drugs seized.
