The president of the United States House of Representatives Paul Ryan wants to end once and for all speculation about a possible presidential bid .
It is expected that Ryan statements Tuesday at the headquarters of the Republican National Committee in Washington where he will say that will not be the candidate of the Republican party under any circumstances.
"It's going to say no participate in the race and will put an end to speculation once and for all ," he told CNN team member Ryan .
This move comes at a time when rumors have been raised about the possible candidacy of Ryan , both who have come to become a distraction to the president of the Chamber .
The assistant Ryan believes that even entering the race at this point would not be viable and that further divide the party.
