An earthquake of 6.8 degrees shook Burma: No casualties have been reported


An earthquake of 6.8 magnitude on the Richter scale rocked central Burma (Myanmar), without minutes after being informed of casualties or immediate damage.

The hypocenter was located at 84.1 kilometers deep and 25 kilometers west of the town of Chauk, according to the US Geological Survey, which tracks seismic activity worldwide, and was felt in Bangkok, where buildings they moved.
