The coalition against the Islamic State resumed its air operations against this group from Turkey, suspended after the coup attempt, the Pentagon reported Sunday.
"The coalition operations against the Islamic State group were retaken from all bases in Turkey" after the re-opening of Turkish airspace to military aircraft, he said Pentagon spokesman Peter Cook said in a statement.
