At a hearing, the judge of the District of Columbia Judge Emmet G. Sullivan ruled that partners Clinton and State Department officials should be questioned under oath about whether the Democratic presidential candidate used his private email account to circumvent freedom laws information.

The judge did not specify how or when they will be conducted interrogations, but asked the State Department and the conservative Judicial Watch, part of the case, to present in April a plan on how they intend to submit the evidence required by the courts.

Judicial Watch, a Washington-based organization known for her belligerence against Democrats has called for interrogation extend to former officials of the State Department and Clinton, a candidate for the Democratic nomination for the presidential election in November.

The court decision "is a great victory for the public's right to know the truth about the postal system of Clinton," said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton said in a statement.

The last batch of postal staff server Clinton will be published by the State Department later this month, is expected on 26 and 29 February, just one day before the crucial "Super Tuesday" on March 1, when the Democrats play a dozen states in the primaries ahead of the presidential elections on 8 November.

Publication of the final round of emails in full primary could affect Clinton, who brings nationally 47.6% of Democratic support followed closely by his rival, Sen. Bernie Sanders, according to the website Real Clear Politics, which manufactures a daily average of major polls.

The controversy over emails erupted in early 2015 when Clinton was preparing to launch his presidential campaign and the media revealed that he had used his private email account for matters of national interest while leading American diplomacy.
