An earthquake of 6.9 magnitude on the Richter scale rocked the island of Sumba in the south of Indonesia, but the authorities initially inform victims or emit tsunami warning.
The hypocenter of the earthquake was located 30 kilometers deep and 94 kilometers west of Waingaput, the main town of Sumba, reports the US Geological Survey, which tracks seismic activity worldwide.
