Swedish striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic became the highest paid player in France, 1 million euros net per month after the contractual revision that made him the Paris Saint-Germain last summer, according to today unveiled the newspaper "Le Parisien".
The agreement, signed last month by the player and the club in Doha, but does not include an extension of the forward contract, which ends at the end of this season, added the newspaper.
The agreed salary is also applied retroactively to the first six months of the current season.
But revenues means increasing top scorer in the history of PSG and remains the highest paid player. His current contract provided that for the last season the player charged 800,000 euros gross, compared with 1.3 million the previous.
