Spanish Socialists reject supports Rajoy and bet on new government

The leader of the Spanish Socialists, Pedro Sanchez, confirmed today the acting president, Mariano Rajoy, his decision not to support his inauguration and said his party will explore "all options" for Spain to have an exchange without government call new elections.

Sánchez pronounced this way in a press after the meeting with the Prime Minister in office, Mariano Rajoy, who began the round of talks today to try to reach an agreement and form a new government.
Sánchez maintains its position, and it has been moved to Rajoy, not to support his re-election, or provide it with the abstention.

Spanish socialists believe that government punished the polls Popular Party (PP) and pushed for progressive forces, and therefore the new government must reflect that change.



"Against those who draw red lines we will build bridges," he said Sanchez, who made clear that for now the PP, which must try to form a government without "shortcuts".

So it has appealed to other political forces to respect the "limits and procedures of democracy."
Sanchez believes that the new Congress should reflect the "plurality" of the polls and therefore today asked Rajoy who is a Socialist who presides over the House, the main governing body, will be elected at its first meeting on 13 January.

Rajoy said however that the attitude of Sánchez displayed today at the meeting prevented talk about the issues that really interest believed the Spaniards.
