Venezuelan diplomat denounces issuance of documents for terrorists in the Middle East

The lawyer Misael Lopez Soto, 40, is an active officer of the Corps of Scientific, Penal and Criminal Investigations (CICPC) and was appointed director of the Venezuelan Embassy to Iraq in May 2013.
