Islamic State threatens to commit attacks against Russia "very soon", in a new video released on social networks.

EI announced in the video that Russian plans to seize land and enslave women and children. Christians will be forced to pay a tax if they do not convert to Islam, said the group.

The video comes at a time when the Russian authorities show a growing concern for safety in big cities like Moscow.
