Porsche clarifies tha is not responsible for the death of Paul Walker

A federal judge in Los Angeles finds that the automaker Porsche was not responsible for the fatal accident in November 2013 that killed actor Paul Walker and a friend, reported TMZ, specializing in information about celebrities.

District Judge Philip S. Gutierrez and settled the suit in May 2014 filed against Porsche's widow Walker's friend and driver of the car involved in the incident.

Kristine Rhodes, wife of the late Roger Rodas, said he had manufacturing defects and safety in the Porsche Carrera GT, but all of them were dismissed by the judge responsible for the death of passengers.

The applicant argued that the passenger compartment was not sufficiently robust and that the vehicle was not designed to protect a side impact and that there were failures in the fuel tank and the suspension of the car.

The judge rejected these claims and said there was no evidence that sostuvieran.
In his letter, the applicant pointed out that the vehicle he was traveling her husband Paul Walker was traveling at 88 kilometers per hour, while the official report of the police who investigated the incident said the sport was traveling at a speed of between 128 and 150 kilometers per hour.

The car, officials said, would more than double the speed limit and burst into flames after crashing into a pole of public lighting and a tree.

Walker, who won popularity thanks to the series of action on wheels "Fast & Furious", died on November 30, 2013 at age 40 as a result of "trauma and burns," according to the autopsy report published by the Office of County coroner Los Angeles.

The actor's daughter, Meadow Walker, filed a lawsuit in September 2015 Porsche also against defects in vehicle design that has not yet been resolved.
