Trump today advocates applying torture to detainees suspected Islamist radicals and restrict the entry of immigrants in the United States after the attacks on the airport and the subway Brussels, Belgium.

"I would close our borders," said Republican candidate for the White House, Donald Trump, referring to the terrorist attacks in Brussels which left more than 30 dead today.
"We are lazy and stupid," said the tycoon on Fox News. He added: "The United States and Western countries should strengthen their fight against Islamic militants"
In a tweet, the tycoon quipped: "Remember all when Brussels was a wonderful and safe place. Now it is no more, it's a world so different then! The United States must be careful and be smart. "
"If I am president, he added, we will be very hard and very strong and vigilant. Do not let that happen in our country and, if it happens, we will find them (the guilty) and will suffer a lot, "said the tycoon in a telephone interview with NBC.
Trump also defended one of his most controversial proposals, subjecting the radical Islamist detainees to torture waterboarding to "extract all the information and remove it quickly," he said.
"The waterboarding will be fine, we work with laws and they (the Islamists) no, and if I could expand the laws would only waterboarding" he said. The, favorite to be the party's candidate for president of the US billionaire, promised "very, very, very hard with borders" and "not to let anybody in without proper documentation" if elected 8 November.
"I exclude people coming from Syria without documents, which are in line immigration and have mobile phones. And you wonder, who gives them the mobile phone, "he said in his interview with NBC.
"There is no assimilation, they want sharia (Islamic law), do not want the laws we have. (...) Assimilation has been a disaster, seen in Paris and Brussels, and what happened in Germany with the brilliant idea of Angela Merkel of letting in so many people, "he added, referring to German Chancellor. For mogul, Brussels "used to be one of the best cities and is now catastrophic, very dangerous and the police have no control".
