The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) confirmed Friday that Iran complies with nuclear multilateral agreement which entered into force on 16 January and that has allowed the international community to lift sanctions on Tehran.
"Iran has not enriched uranium above 3.67 percent," said a confidential IAEA report, the UN agency responsible for monitoring and verifying the Islamic Republic meets all the requirements agreed.
Along with dismantle certain facilities, such as heavy water reactor in Arak, central point of the covenant is to maintain the purity of uranium enriched below 4 percent, compared to 90 percent would be needed to build an atomic bomb.
