Marcel Lazar Lehel The hacker, known as "Guccifer" will be extradited to the United States, due to approval of the Romanian Supreme Court.
Lazar became famous for entering the email accounts of the family of US president George W. Bush and upload to the web self-portraits where Bush appeared naked.
The hacker also agreed to correspondence from the exsecretarios of State Colin Powell and Hillary Clinton, the director of the secret services in Romania, George Maior and various diplomatic, financial and military.
Extradition will be temporary, will last 18 months.
