An earthquake of magnitude 6.1 was recorded in the southern province of Santa Cruz (Bolivia), according to the German portal GEOFON geological information.
For the hour, it has not been informed on possible casualties or damage from the quake.
Local media said the epicenter was 567 kilometers deep, while the US Geological Survey says that was 580 kilometers and about 12 kilometers west of the Bolivian town of Charagua, in the Cordillera Province.
