Father and son accused of stealing $ 40,000 in chicken wings in New York

A father and son stealing more than $ 40,000 in the chicken wings in a restaurant in New York where they worked and sold on the street or other businesses, authorities said. Herald

Police in Onondaga County Rojek said Paul, 56, and Joshua Rojek, 33, both of Syracuse, were caught stealing wings of the Twin Trees Too restaurant in Syracuse.



Authorities said the two worked as cooks and made to order wholesale restaurant supplier. Officials said the Rojek after picking orders and sold at a reduced price.

Police estimate that men billed about $ 41,000 in orders on behalf wings restaurant between February and November 21.

The two are charged with grand larceny and falsifying business records.
