Who is the prosecutor who accused the nephews of Cilia Flores

A godson Nicolas Maduro raised by his wife, Cilia Flores, and a nephew of the latter, were arrested Wednesday in Haiti while trying to sell a shipment of 800 kilos of cocaine. This does not paint a good picture for Antonio Campos Efrain Flores, who grew up in the home of Mature-Flores and Francisco Flores of Freites, whose movements to smuggle 800 kilos of cocaine were filmed by DEA agents.
