So intelligence officials told CNN, and secured stay confirmed, this message may provide clues about how synchronized terrorist attacks.
According to officials from the United States and Europe, they have involved testing the jihadists used encryption and other security methods, such as frequently changing cell phone, change vehicles and even track potential listening devices.
On Friday 13 November at least 132 people were killed and over 350 injured in a series of terrorist attacks in Paris, for which the Islamic State (EI) claimed responsibility.
So far, five of the terrorists have been identified, all of them French nationals.
