The group Islamic State (EI) is preparing probably similar to other attacks made Friday in Paris operations, said Monday in Washington the director of the Intelligence Agency (CIA), John Brennan.AFP
"I think that's not the only operation that the State Islamic group" was in preparation, Brennan said. "I certainly do not consider" these attacks in Paris as "an isolated event", the official said exposing in a circle of reflection in Washington.
"Security services and intelligence agencies are working feverishly right now to see what else they can do to update it," Brennan said.
The CIA chief said the attacks made on Friday, gunmen in the French capital were carefully planned and executed.
"This is not something you do in the course of a few days. It's something that was carefully and deliberately planned for several months, "given the operating, weapons and explosives were the perpetrators of the attacks, said the official.
At least 129 people were killed in attacks by at least eight people simultaneously in a stadium, a concert hall and a restaurant as throngs of Parisians were enjoying the night.
