Trump continues to lead and think will win Republican nomination in the US

Donald Trump continues to lead the preferences of voters and 42% believe he will win the Republican nomination to run for the White House in the 2016 elections, according to a survey released today.

The survey, the Washington Post and ABC television shows Trump with 32% support, just one percentage point below the figure he had in the September survey (33%).

That same group of respondents also overwhelmingly opted for noting magnate Trump as the most likely winner of the Republican presidential nomination (42%), far ahead of Carson (15%) and Bush (12%).

The Post-ABC poll was held from 15 to 18 October at 1,001 adults nationwide and had a margin of error of +/- 3.5 percentage points.

Trump has nearly 100 consecutive days as leader of the polls on the Republican presidential race, according to the average RealClearPolitics policy drawn up by the web.

Republican White House hopefuls again measured in a televised discussion next week, which will be the third and will be broadcast on CNBC.
